Q: How to order?
A: Inquiry → Quotation → Confirming → Proforma invoice → Making the payment → Preparing parts → Delivery → Receiving parts
Q: Which shipping way is available and how to track?
A:1) By sea, to your nearest port.
2)By air, to your nearest airport.
3)By express (DHL / UPS / FedEx / TNT / AMERAX / EMS), to your door.
Note: We will provide you the tracking number of express when shipping out, then you can know clearly the status of parcel.
Q: What is the delivery:
A: Mostly parts are in stock, before you decide to make an order, please email, WhatsApp, or call us to confirm the delivery time and freight cost, usually delivery time is 1-5 working days.

Q: What should I do if I place a wrong order, the parts are not I need, can I exchange it?
A: Of course, common parts are allowed to be exchanged as long as you should bear the freight cost and customs taxes.
Q: Do you have any warranty for your parts?
A: Yes, we have warranty for our parts. three months for PCB, two years for original roller, three to five years for COMI roller and one year for inverter. Please contact us to get more information for other parts.
Q: What should I do when the parts doesn’t work under warranty?
A: We provide repair service for you, please return the parts to us.
Q: Which payment way is available?
A: T/T, Western Union, or Pay pal, you can choose a convinient way by yourself.
