A: Mostly parts are in stock, before you decide to make an order, please email, WhatsApp, or call us to confirm the delivery time and freight cost, usually delivery time is 1-5 working days.

A: Of course, common parts are allowed to be exchanged as long as you should bear the freight cost and customs taxes.
A: Yes, we have warranty for our parts. three months for PCB, two years for original roller, three to five years for COMI roller and one year for inverter. Please contact us to get more information for other parts.
A: We provide repair service for you, please return the parts to us.
A: T/T, Western Union, or Pay pal, you can choose a convinient way by yourself.
